Hans Rinninger u. Sohn GmbH & Co. KG chose EBAWE Anlagentechnik as their partner for the modernization of their precast concrete plant in the South of Germany. A higher automation level in the carousel system was achieved due to the installation of a fully automated concrete spreader, a new compaction unit, pallet cleaning and release agent spraying device, shuttering transportation and cleaning system. An innovative FormMaster shuttering and deshuttering robot paired with the patented Progress precision shuttering system enables shuttering of elements without the use of polystyrene supplements and therefore offers significant reduction of material costs and a noticeable improvement in the quality of the precast elements.
