A new production line based on sophisticated plant technology from EBAWE was successfully put into operation, achieving an increase in production by more than 20 % with an equal number of employees. New pallets with stacking features were added. New flexible manufacturing machines include a combined unit for cleaning, oiling and plotting. The modern machine technology for the compaction of concrete adds the advantage of a lower noise level. Core component of the new plant is the sophisticated combined turning and stacking unit; which allows turning the first shell into the second one for the double wall production and meets the function of a stacking device for manual and automated stacking of pallets. The company has now a production output of 1,000 m2 of precast concrete elements per day.
