With the floating equipment excellent surface quality of the visible face of the precast concrete product can be achieved. The floating equipment is available in the following versions:

• Fine smoothing equipment with helicopter
• Fine smoothing equipment with levelling beam

The helicopter fine floating equipment is composed of a floating disk for initial smoothing and a blade float for fine smoothing. External vibrators fitted to the levelling beam are used to effect the compacting of the concrete to the required depth.
