Finished concrete parts are prefabricated offsite in the factory, predominantly completed with all components and finally erected on site to form a building. The large area elements are usually used to produce solid walls and floors, inner and partition walls and sandwich walls equipped with an insulation layer. A special product is the architectural cladding panel. Its surface is finished with a wide range of different designs and finishes. Finished parts generally require no further processing after fitting and can therefore be erected without additional working steps. Any subsequent casting is not necessary.

The advantage of building with finished products is a considerable shortening of construction time without climatic influences.
