Double walls are prefabricated elements which can be used for a variety of different applications. They are composed of two concrete skins connected together with lattice girders and are provided with an in-situ concrete infill after installation. A special type of double wall is the Iso wall with integrated thermal insulation. The fundamental benefits of the double wall are a reduction in construction time by up to a half thanks to the elimination of formwork on site and the two fair faces.
